Phephani Training Services seek to be a market leader in the Skills Development and Training. Phephani, a Zulu word meaning awareness, has been established with a determination to enhance Safety, Health, Enterprise Development and Professional Competence in the business community thereby reducing loss of life, loss of property, unemployment and skills gap.

This has been facilitated through outcome based training and development of personnel to acquire appropriate constitutional competencies in line with the National Skills Development Strategy of South Africa. Phephani Training Services is currently accredited under Phephani Learnerships by the Transport Training Education Authority (TETA), accreditation number 03/025. It is also accredited by the Department of Transport, accreditation number PRDP (D) 2008/05, for the training in Dangerous Goods Transportation.
